“Retreat” comes from the idea of “stepping back” or “moving aside.”
Today, it refers to taking a special time away from daily life to care for yourself
through meditation, rest, and reflection. It is a moment to pause the busy flow
of life, to breathe with nature, and to recharge your body and mind. This is the
meditation retreat we have prepared for you.

such as a forest classroom, observatory, ecological pond, Indian hut,
wooden bridges, and wooden stairs, making it an ideal place

Through picture book meditation,
you pause the rush of everyday life
and gently stop the stream of tangled, overwhelming thoughts.
You turn your attention inward to the sensations arising in your body,
to the feelings and emotions that appear
simply observing and noticing them just as they are.
You meet your past, present, and future self,
healing old wounds and finding reconciliation.
As you release psychological burdens
and share your experiences with others,
you open yourself to a profound sense of healing.
As your understanding of yourself deepens,
your relationships with others become more harmonious,
and you begin to open the door to a creative life rooted in self-care.
Together with a certified picture-book meditation guide,
you cultivate the power of awareness
and learn ways to expand your sense of happiness.
